The assignment for Febuary is Trips. No, not your vacation snap shots, but three photos that relate to each other in some way. Please bring your best photographs and share them with the group. You may share your photographs as digital files, or as finished prints. Prints should be at least 8X10, and larger is always better.

We will not have a speaker this month so that we will have plenty of time to share photographs and answer questions.

Come tour the photography center Bill, our organizer, talked about at our last meetup. TCPC have several different ways you can take advantage of their services.

Register for Winter semester starting Jan 7 and attend classes on Adobe Lightroom, Lighting, Wedding Photography, How to Take Better Pictures, Photoshop, Glamour, Creating The Perfect Portfolio and much much more. Classes are held morning, afternoon and evening 7 days a week!!! How wonderful is that?

Don't want to attend classes--no problem. They have something for you too. Join Tri-Community Photography Association for a only $55.00 per year and take advantage of their members exclusive seminars, workshops and other events. Or you can go hybrid.

Class bulletins will be available at the next schedule meetup on Dec 6 for first come, first served. The bulletin is FULL of resources. There are a limited supply.

I am very excited about this event!!! My husband even gave his seal of approval and encouraged me to join TCPA!!! And that my friends, is AMAZING!

Let's meet, greet and shoot at the Rancho Los Alamitos Historic Ranch and Gardens. It is a beautiful place filled with great photo opportunities waiting to be captured.

We will gather and meet at 12:45pm and start shoot at 1:00pm. Please be prompt. At 2:00pm, I scheduled an optional guided tour of the main museum, barn and garden area. I only reserved 25 spaces so when you RSVP please indicate if you are interest in joining the tour.

Please be advised no photography is allowed in the museum area--only the barn and garden area.

Our photography assignment for October is: 'Signs, Symbols, and Icons'. Our Photoshop assignment is to bring a 'Before and After'. That's any photograph of any subject, that you enhanced in Photoshop, and are proud of. Please be prepared to explain how you completed it, showing layers, and what tools you used.
