The Chicagoland Digital Photography Meetup Group (CDP) is for photographers of all skill levels, from beginner to expert, from amateur to professional. Whether you just bought your first digital camera, or you've been in the photography profession for many years, you are welcome here. CDP is the largest digital photography meetup group in the USA, and one of the largest meetup groups overall in Chicago.

Learn by Sharing - Our mission is to help each other develop and fine tune our photographic skills, while establishing and growing a global community of photographers. We have members not only from the greater Chicagoland area, but also from other states and countries around the globe, who share in the many benefits of our meetup group. We focus on the art and science of photography through our photography outings and classes, as well as through the wealth of information on our meetup site.

As a member of our Digital Photography Meetup Group, you will be able to benefit from all the following Meetup activities we have to offer:

This meetup group is perfect for anyone with a digital camera who enjoys photography, or who wants to get into digital photography. For new comers to photography and novices, we can help you take your skills to a higher level and have fun doing it! And for you seasoned photographers out there, you will find our photo outings a great time to catch that next award-winning photo, as well as an opportunity to help other photographers by sharing your knowledge and experience!
